Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality (RBNQ) Award
Venture Infotek was declared as the winner of the Indian Merchants Chamber – Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award 2008 (www.imcrbnqa.com) in the Small Business category. This award was presented to us at a ceremony in Mumbai on March 24, 2009.
Based on the Malcom Baldridge model for excellence, the award process involved an intense seven month schedule consisting of providing detailed documentation, presentations, interviews and due diligence.

International Asia Pacific Quality Organization Best in Class Award 2009
Venture Infotek has been declared the winner of the prestigious International Asia Pacific Quality Organization (IAPQO) Best in Class Award 2009. Venture Infotek is one of the few companies that have won Quality awards at a national level and who were eligible to apply for the International Asia Pacific Quality Awards.
The Award, in its ninth year, is administered by the Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO), headquartered in Philippines, and will be presented to Venture Infotek at the 15th APQO International Conference in Mexico on October 7, 2009.
• Venture Infotek had implemented the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS) successfully from Aug ‘06, and was recertified with ISO 9001: 2008 in July ‘09
• Certification awarded by Bureau Veritas Certification accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Services) Quality Management System
• Up gradation of the processes as & when needed according to process standardization through Six Sigma & KAIZENs & inclusion in ISO 9001:2008
• Rigorous internal quality audit is done thrice in a year to identify the improvement aspect of the system
Kaizen Initiative
• Kaizen initiatives implemented across the organization
• Around 100 kaizen projects completed in last 2 years in the areas of Quality, Cost, Delivery
• Recognition Award received from Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for one of the top ten best Projects in Kaizen Competition held in 2008.
• Kaizen – Training in Kaizen module is provided to all Employees
• Total No of kaizens completed in 2007-08 – 73 kaizens
• No of kaizens completed in 2009 so far - 18 kaizens

• Currently following Six Sigma resources are available in Venture Infotek
– 5 Black Belts
– 35 Green belts
– 45 Yellow Belts
• Plan to create more Yellow Belts & Green belts at Senior & Middle Management levels
