The Integrated Solutions & Services (ISS) business unit deals with financial inclusion projects and government schemes which are enabled with the use of Smart cards or RFID technology. The scope of services for such projects extends from providing the solution, conducting enrollments, card supply, and personalization (to in some cases transaction processing).

In a typical project, a Systems Integrator or a Third Party Administrator (TPA) would be given the task of furnishing a turnkey solution with associated services for the project. Since the projects are fairly complex and require knowledge of multiple domains, the systems integrator would work with other manufacturers and service providers to operationalize the project.
