Sameer S Nemavarkar
Sameer S Nemavarkar succeeds the founders of Venture Infotek Global Ltd., Dhruv Khaitan and P.K. Khaitan, who were, respectively, Chairman and Managing Director, until the acquisition by Atos Origin in August 2010. The acquisition creates the leading payment processor in Europe and India by integrating Venture Infotek into Atos Worldline.
Sameer will be responsible for further growing Atos Worldline's leading business in hi-tech transactional services in one of the world's most dynamic and fast growing markets. He will focus on the development of existing electronic payment activities, together with the introduction of innovative solutions based on Atos Worldline's extensive expertise to ensure Atos Worldline in India meets and exceeds emerging business demands to enter new markets and industries.
Sameer joins Atos Worldline from Axis Bank, one of India's leading financial institutions, which he joined in 2000 and where he was Senior Vice President and Head of Business - Retail Forex and Remittances.
Sameer has extensive experience in hi-tech transactional services and notably in payments, covering credit and debit cards, internet banking and e-commerce, retail banking, issuance and acquiring. At Axis Bank, he was notably responsible for growing the Forex business & inward remittances business across the retail franchise. Among other achievements, he expanded the card business from 10 to over 200 cities across India, while launching several products, including pre-paid cards and EMV chip debit cards.
Sameer also developed the merchant acquiring business for the bank with several innovations and firsts, including the introduction of GPRS terminals, PC PoS software, and Dynamic Currency Converter (DCC) program.
Sameer holds a degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Mumbai University and has completed his Post Graduation in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L).

Jean-Pascal Duvet
Aged 38, Jean Pascal has joined Venture Infotek's management team to contribute to the development of Indian businesses, and to supervise local operations, in tight coordination with Atos Worldline's teams and infrastructures.
A graduate from the ISEN, Jean Pascal has been working with Atos Worldline since 1996, primarily as a Research and Development engineer. He successively worked as team manager for eServices in the bank and finance unit, and as department manager for stock market and financial information in Paris before being put in charge of acquiring operations. Since 2008, he had been managing the Remote Payment business unit.
Jean Pascal benefits from special experience in management in critical contexts, combined with deep knowledge of Atos Worldline's organization. His expertise in both eCS and electronic payment, notably acquiring, will encourage efficient integration of the European and Indian activities.

Ambreesh Mohan – Senior Vice President & Head – Banking & Corporate Business
Ambreesh has been associated with the financial industry for over a decade out of his total work experience of 14 years. He brings in a varied experience base of relationship management, financial institution sales, merchant acquiring sales and also an excellent understanding of the payment card industry and its dynamics.
Ambreesh has worked with Venture Infotek for a little over ten years and has previously also been associated with PayMate India Pvt. Ltd where he was responsible for establishing major partnerships with banks and merchants while also managing relationships with switch partner service providers. His first assignment was with an associate of Birla AT&T (now IDEA), the first cellular service provider at Pune.
By qualification, Ambreesh is an Electronics Engineer from the University of Pune.
Sunith Menon - Senior Vice President & Head - Merchant Business
Sunith brings in vast banking industry experience, specializing in the merchant and acquiring business.
Prior to joining Venture Infotek, Sunith was Business Head at ICICI Bank, where he headed their merchant acquiring business for the last 3 years. He has also managed auto loans and retail securitization in his 10 year long career with the bank.
Sunith is a B. Tech from the National Institute of Technology (Formerly Regional Engineering College), Calicut.
Utul Kapadia - Senior Vice President & Head - Strategic Initiatives
Utul brings in immense banking industry experience, specializing in the payment and transaction processing business.
Starting his career in 1978 with Bank of Baroda, Utul has worked with HDFC Bank, BNP Paribas, and IDBI Bank. He was Vice Chairman of Indian Payment Card Risk Council and also a member of Visa Executive Committee during his tenure with IDBI Bank. His last position was with Adventity Global Services P Ltd.
An Honours graduate in Commerce from the Mumbai University, Utul has done his L.L.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai University and C.A.I.I.B from Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai.
Naresh Dayal – Vice President & Head – Government Business
Naresh has a varied experience of over 35 years in concept selling to introduce new products and solutions to the Industry, PSUs and Government Departments.
He has previously worked with IBM, Philips, Allen Bradley (now Rockwell Automation) and DEI (now merged with Venture Infotek), at various levels, including Executive Director. His last position was President and CEO of Mohini Exports, a government recognized export house.
Mr. Dayal is an Electrical & Communications engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi.
Delivery Teams:
Pravin Kabra – Senior Vice President – Operations
Pravin brings over 13 years of multi-domain experience in Operations and Business Excellence.
He was previously associated with Force Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra, during which he helped these organizations in achieving accolades like Deming Prize. He has also invented and registered various process patents.
Pravin is a Mechanical Engineer and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
R. M. Bondre -Senior Vice President (Technology) & CIO
Bondre has over 19 years of experience in all facets of Information Technology, covering areas like Project Management, Software Systems Design/Implementation/Support, Network Design/Implementation/Management, ERP Implementation etc.
Prior to Venture Infotek, Bondre was associated with Coca-Cola India, Agrima Consultants Ltd. and The Associated Cement Cos (ACC) Ltd.
Bondre has done his M.Sc. (Statistics) from Mumbai University.

B. Ravi Kumar - Senior Vice President (Corporate Affairs) & CFO
Ravi has been associated with Venture Infotek for around 10 years and has 30 years of industry experience.
Prior to Venture Infotek, Ravi was associated with Indian Overseas Bank, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. and Sunflag Group of companies.
Ravi is a Masters in Science, Management Accountant and Chartered Secretary. He has attended Advanced Financial Management course with IIM-Ahmedabad and Advanced Management Programme with Haas School of Management, Berkeley University, California, USA and is an alumni of Nanyang Business School, Singapore.
Vijay Mahajan (Advisor – Human Resources)
Vijay has with him over 35 years of experience. A founder member of Hunt Partner, a CXO level search company, he was earlier Head of Corporate HR - AFL group and HR - Larsen & Toubro.
Vijay has a Bachelors degree in Engineering and had the distinction of being ranked first in the University. He has been a member of the executive board of the National HRD Network and is currently a member on the National Council of the Indian Society for Training and Development.
