DEI, the Cards & Fulfillment division of Venture Infotek, offers card personalization services for plastic cards that include activities like embossing, encoding of magnetic stripe, Tipping, Indent Printing, Colour & Mono Printing including all payment system security features. DEI today has the largest state-of-the-art card personalization bureau in India and is the first third party bureau in the country to be certified by Visa International for personalization of Visa products. The bureau has since then been accredited with certifications from MasterCard International and ISO 9001:2008. DEI has a complete system installed for card personalization, letter generation, card sticking and envelope stuffing, dispatch through courier, and tracking of the dispatched parcels. Each embossing system is client defined and integrated with a wide range of compatible system features. DEI also looks after similar activities related to renewal and reissuance of cards.
 

• Embossing  

• PVC Cards are embossed with both the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) as well as regular characters

• Encoding  

• The Magnetic stripe is encoded with the desired data. The magnetic stripe can be Lo Co (300 Oe) or Hi Co (2750 Oe or 4000 Oe). We do both!

 • Tipping

• The embossed characters can be tipped to suit the aesthetics of the card with a host of colours available

• Indent Printing

• Front  and Rear indent printing is done on cards as detailed by the Association Guidelines

• Chip Initialization

• The personalization of the chip in the smart cards for both - the Memory cards, as well as the Microprocessor cards and for Contact &  Contactless cards 

 • Thermo-graphic Printing

• This is the printing of a photograph on the card. For small card volumes even the full card printing and the personalization can be done by these printers. We have a range of printers which give economical solution to the customer depending on the requirement

• Automatic Stuffing

• Pre-personalized cards are fed into the machine from an automatic feeder. The encoder reads the information from the card and prints the corresponding carrier letter after reading the corresponding data from the database. The card is then pasted on the carrier with the help of a synchronized bar code reader. The carrier is enveloped and finally sealed for mailing
