At Venture Infotek, we believe that employee participation is the foundation of a healthy and happy work environment. Keeping this in mind, we have many “Employee Engagement” initiatives, which are carried out regularly in the organization.

 

Town Hall

Venture Infotek conducts a bi-annual meet - “Town Hall”, which focuses on transparency with respect to the company’s performance, future plans and provides an opportunity to interact with the strategic management team, followed by a Q & A session. In the Town Hall, we also award performing teams and individuals with the Chairman’s awards. The Business sessions are followed up with an entertaining evening of dance, drama and music. 

 

 

 

Long-term Service Awards:
We recognize the stalwarts and pillars of our organization, who have completed 5 and 10 years of service at Venture Infotek. In a special function, these employees are appreciated with Long Service Awards.

AVID (A VENTURE INFOITE’S DELIGHT):
AVID is a quarterly bonding event. The objective of AVID is to motivate the employees and foster a greater camaraderie across all team members.

Birthday Celebrations:
Birthdays of employees are celebrated with great enthusiasm within the organization. The birthday of every employee is celebrated by cake-cutting in the presence of his/her team members.

 

 

 

Picnics:

We regularly organize Picnics for all our employees. We also arrange a ‘Family picnic’, wherein the immediate family members of the employee also participate. These initiatives help in creating a bond between the company & employee along with his/her family.

 

Marriage Gifts:
To create a special bonding with the family of our newly-wed employees, we send a special gift to the couple as they embark on a new personal partnership.
