At Venture Infotek, we believe employee participation is the foundation of a healthy work environment. Keeping this in mind, we initiated major “Employee Engagement” initiatives.

“Thank God it's Friday” committee is specially formulated to promote entertainment and employee welfare programmes. Every Friday before we retire for the weekend, we get together and spend a few special moments together where we play games and educate ourselves on social issues.

Employee Development Forum under the brand of “Gyandhara” is a significant tool in sharpening the employees' skills through knowledge sharing series conducted on regular intervals.

Sports activities have a considerable impact with a resultant team spiritedness and sportsmanship amongst our employees.

Apart from these activities Town hall meets, picnics and festival celebrations are a regular source of informal interactions within the organization.
