Scope of Services
• Merchant Sign-up
• This activity involves identification and sign up of merchants as per the requirement of the acquiring banks. Our acquiring team is highly experienced in this activity and has excellent relationship with key merchant establishments across various cities and categories which ensures maximum business for the banks • Communicating to the merchant establishments - the acquiring bank value story, in-line with the script as provided by the bank • Enrolling merchants for various loyalty programs as determined by the bank
• Merchant Set-up
- Training merchant establishments on card acceptance procedures
- Facilitating enablement of various functionalities on merchant terminals as per the specific needs of the merchants
• Merchant Activation
- Activating merchants as per the definition of “Active Merchant” mutually defined.
- Launching and implementing any “Merchant Activation Program” designed by the bank from time-to-time
