The order is captured both in Retailer smart card and the terminal. A sales order slip is printed as a record for each transaction. At end-of-day sales order details collected in the terminal is uploaded to a centralized server where in the consolidated data for the entire company is made available. Accordingly Distributor, Retailer, Manufacturer, Region & City wise daily MIS are generated and forwarded.
