Personalized smart card is provided to every retailer of the company. Details like Retailer name, Distributor details, Manufacturer details etc. are electrically and physically personalized on the card. A HHD – Hand held terminal is provided to each of distributor Sales men, who during retailer visits processes the order using the terminal. The order is captured both in Retailer smart card and the terminal. A sales order slip is printed as a record for each transaction. At end-of-day sales order details collected in the terminal is uploaded to a centralized server where in the consolidated data for the entire company is made available. Accordingly Distributor, Retailer, Manufacturer, Region & City wise daily MIS are generated and forwarded.
