CRM - Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description:

1) The candidate would be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction for specific accounts. A major highlight of the job would be developing and sustaining excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues.

2) Should be able to conduct presentations and discussions with senior management at Customer place

3) Tracking & Realization of receivables

4) Generating business leads from the existing customers

Qualification: Graduate/Engineer OR Graduate with MBA (preferable)

Executive – Stock & MIS

Job Description: Regional activities such as stock management and reporting

Location: Delhi

Qualification: Diploma Holder/Graduate

Years of experience: 1 - 2 years

Desired competencies:

•  Ability to handle stock, ability to understand electronic, software/hardware from     overall functional and user perspective

•  Must be systematic & process oriented.

•  The candidate should also possess good ability to communicate & co-ordinate     between clients & regions/service providers.

•  The candidate should possess high energy levels, ability to complete work within     available systems

Technical competencies: Proficient in MS Excel

Executive – Customer Service & Operations

Job Description:

1) The candidate would be responsible for Service to POS Merchants and Banks in Installation and Complaint Handling and would be required to monitor and ensure vendor performance.

2) The candidate would be required to function locally from Nagpur & would be responsible for the above mentioned functions within Nagpur sub – region & would be a part of Pune region.

3) All regional activities such as stock management, reporting, customer interaction, field visits .

Location: Nagpur and Jaipur

Qualification: Electronics Degree/Diploma Holder/Graduate

Years of experience: Service operations in electronic products for a minimum of 1 to 2 years

Desired competencies:

•  Service /operations and customer orientation

•  Ability to resolve service operational /technical issues on field

•  Ability to understand of electronic software/hardware from overall functional &     user perspective.

Executive - Customer Services & Operations

Job Description:

1) The candidate would be Responsible for ME creations in MXPAC & Insight.

2) The candidate would also be required to handle additional activities like parameter change, etc based on info received from regions/banks.

3) The candidate would be responsible for ME activation/deactivation.

4) The candidate would also be responsible for UAT related activities/projects (REV Automation).

•  Ability to resolve service operational /technical issues related to ME creation/rev

•  Multitasking in data entry, coordination with regions.

•   The candidate should be aggressive/ competent enough to liaise with     dept./region/customer.

•  The candidate should possess an analytical & logical mind, understands      transaction management and basic knowledge of terminal softwares.

•  The candidate should also be willing to relocate to other dept. & job rotation.


Manager/Senior Manager (Technical)

Job Description:

1) Overall responsibility of Technical Support Management of POS Terminals. Hardware, Software or any operational issue. Quality Improvement by Technical Processes Improvement in field.

2) Parameter Management

3) Vendor and Terminal Assessment, Certification, Quality Assurance

Offer above services to Institutions and generate alternate revenue streams.

4) Drive technical /Automation Projects like Centralized Application Download, Terminal management, etc.

5) Applications Management and Rollout

6) Co-ordination with peer depts. SPD/Network/REV team/Regions to resolve customer issues and also

7) Cost reduction in POS terminals by BOM Development, Product Development with and without vendor

Location: Mumbai

Qualification:

BE Electronics and Telecommunication (with preferably Network Qualifications and exposure)

Years of experience:

At least 5 years experience manufacturing/designing/managing/supporting preferably EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminals or similar electronic networking embedded hardware like phones, ATMs, etc. Hands on Technical exposure to Embedded Hardware, Applications Management, Development and Support 

Desired competencies:

•  Knowledge of embedded technology, software management/ development.

•  Ability to provide technical support/trouble shooting

•  Exposure to electronic hardware/software testing, vendor approval & field rollout     & installation.

•  The candidate should also have the ability to work with technical teams - external     & internal on hardware, applications issues.

•  The candidate should be capable of working hands - on and resolving field      issues.

•  The candidate should be a process oriented person with strong computer,      documentation and communication skills.

•  The candidate should possess leadership/project Skills of Initiating & driving      technical projects involving multiple functions – external & internal.
